Mariska Vermaak, the founder of Vermaak Inc, is a distinguished legal and business professional. With a wealth of experience in various areas of the law and in business in general.

She holds a BCom Law degree (Cum Laude) and an LLB as well as an Advanced Course in Business Rescue. She has also completed an array of short courses in various areas of the law. She believes continues Legal Development is key to remaining a relevant legal firm in an ever-changing legal environment. She also is a shareholder in other business endeavours, as she believes one must understand business to be able to assist businesses effectively. She has also served as Legal and Youth Executive for the Golden Triangle Chamber of Commerce and as President of BNI The Firm.
Mariska recognised the need for a legal practice that prioritised client-centric service, innovation, and integrity.
